This section explains how to merge duplicate employees between services.
What is employee merging?
Offers MGR can be used in conjunction with services such as Slack and Github.
If there is a possibility of duplicate accounts registered on each service side,
Employees can be automatically detected and merged.
※ Once merged, the merged employee cannot be restored.

Merging Employees
Log into Offers MGR and click on Employee > Employee Merge , in that order.
Employees who may be duplicates will be automatically displayed.
※ If you want to select employees who are not on the list from the beginning and merge them arbitrarily, click here.
To add employees to be merged
Click on Add Employees to merge to add them.
To add an employee, follow the steps below.
- Enter a name in the "Filter by Account Name" field to narrow the list of employees to be displayed.
- Select an employee.
- Clicking on the "Add employees to merge" button will add the employee to the list screen.
Return to the list screen to merge employees.
- Select the employee
- Click Merge.
In the following image, B is merged with employee A.
Once an employee has merged, he/she will not be able to undo the merge.
Click "OK" to merge.
Merging Employees Not Automatically Displayed
- The list screen automatically displays employees who may be duplicates, but it is also possible to arbitrarily select employees who are not automatically displayed and merge them.
- To select and merge employees, click on "+Add employees other than those listed above " at the bottom of the list screen.
Click +Add Employees to merge.
Select employees and click "Add employees to merge".
- Select the employee
- Click Merge.
In the following image, B is merged with employee A.
