This section explains how to hide information that cannot be obtained before linking to each service.

Overview of Functions

The setting item for "Hide information that can be obtained after service linkage" is indicated by a check box in the graph "Output Trends" displayed on the following screen.

• Transition of Output" on the "Member Details" screen
• Output Trends" on the "Insight" screen of each project

※ The image shows the "Insight" screen of each project.

Two types of data related to service linkage exist.

1. Data that can be obtained prior to the date of service linkage
   Example of data: Slack message sending date
2. Data for which information can only be obtained after the service linkage date
   Example of data: Slack reaction sending date

If you check ON the "Hide information that can be obtained after the service linkage" checkbox, the data in 2. will be hidden.

If the above data exists in the same graph, numerical discrepancies will occur between the data before and after the service linkage date.

Example: If service linkage is implemented in September
・Data before August consists only of data that can be obtained before the date of service linkage.
・In addition to the above, there are data that can only be obtained after the date of service linkage.

By using the settings, only the data in 1. can be displayed and a consistent graph can be displayed.

Setting Item Display Conditions

The conditions under which the "Hide information that can be obtained after service linkage" setting item is displayed are as follows.

• At least one service other than Notion is linked.

・If only Notion is linked or no services are linked, the setting items will be hidden.
・This setting can be used for data other than Notion.

Default values for initial settings

By default, the check is OFF (information that can be obtained after service linkage is displayed).
