1. About role settings on the Google Workspace side
Please check the role settings on the Google Workspace side before setting up the collaboration in Offers MGR.
- Minimum permissions required for the Google account to be linked
- When logging in as a user who does not hold an administrator role
- When the API is restricted to external users
Minimum permissions required for the Google account to be linked
To configure Google Workspace integration settings, you must have user administrator privileges or higher in the Administrator role. (privileged administrator is also acceptable)
When logging in as a user who does not hold an administrator role
- To minimize the security impact, we recommend creating a new role for Offers MGR.
- In the Management Console, select Accounts > Administrator Roles > Create New Role.
Enter the role information and click Continue.
Check User > Read and click Continue.
Review the contents and click Create Role.
This completes the role setup.
Next, set the roles created on the Google Workspace side to the users to be linked in Offers MGR.
When the API is restricted to external users
In the above case, the following client ID must be registered.

- In the Management Console, go to Security > API Control > App Access Control.
- Add App > Select OAuth App Name or Client ID.
- Enter the following client ID and click Search.
- Offers MGR will appear in the application name section.

Check the client ID and click SELECT.
Select the domain name (all users) and click CONTINUE.
Select "Trusted" for access to Google data and click CONTINUE.
Confirm the contents and click Done.
When the following screen appears, the setup is complete.
2. How to access the settings screen
Log in to Offers MGR and click on the arrow > Linked Services Settings > Linked Services List, in that order.
The list of linked services screen will open.
3. Configure Google Workspace linkage settings
Configure the linkage settings between Offers MGR and Google Workspace.
- Open the list of linked services screen and click Sign in with Google.
Log in to Google Workspace.
On the following screen, click Allow.
Data will be synchronized. Please wait for a while until completion.
4. Confirm the linked employee information
- When the linkage settings are complete, the arrow will indicate that the linkage has been completed.
- After setting up the linkage, you can check the information of the linked employees on the Google Workspace Linkage Information screen.
Click "Change Settings.
The Google Workspace integration information screen will appear.
The following information can be confirmed.
- Number of employees
- Linked workspaces
- Name and email address of the linked employee
