This section explains how to set up Notion linkage.
※ The settings can be made when SaaS integration, delete,
and update are set in the "Scope of Authority" of the role settings.
※ In order to link Notion to Slack, you will need to link Notion to Slack in advance.
About Slack's Private Channel Linkage Settings
Slack private channel integration is a newly released feature on 2022/11/4.
The method of setting up Slack private channel linkage differs depending on whether
the Slack linkage settings were made before or after the release date.
If you set up Slack linkage before 2022/11/4
In the above case, the Slack private channel will not be displayed.
If you wish to link the Slack private channel, please refer to

1. Preferences
The preconfiguration process is as follows
1-1. Connecting Notion and Slack
- First, before setting up the linkage on Offers MGR, we will make preliminary preparations by linking Notion and Slack.
- Please access the Slack workspace and perform the following operations in the following order.
・Direct integration between Notion and Offers MGR is currently not available.
If you wish to link Notion to Slack, you will need to link from Notion to Slack once.

- Click on Apps on the left sidebar.
- Type "Notion" in the search window to search.
- Notion Platform" will appear in the list of available apps. Click Add.
- You will be taken to the "Slack app directory" screen.
- Confirm that the app to be added is "Notion Platform" and click Add to Slack.
- You will be redirected to the next screen.
- The items displayed will differ depending on whether you are logged in to Notion or not.
- If you are logged in to Notion: Click on "Open Notion" in the upper right corner of the screen.
- If you are not logged in to Notion: Click on Log in.
- The Notion screen will appear.
- Click Settings on the left side.
- Click Connected Apps.
- Click on the Slack connection.
On the next screen that appears, click Allow.
Once access is granted, Slack will be added to the "Connected Apps" on Notion.
Notion Platform has also been added on Slack.
1-2. Connecting any Notion page to Slack
Link any Notion Workspace/Page to a Slack channel.
- Open the Notion Page you wish to link to Offers MGR.
- Click ① in the upper right corner.
- Click ② in the menu.
- In ③, select the Slack channel you wish to link to.
- Click ④.
This completes the preconfiguration.
2. How to access the settings page in Offers MGR
Log in to Offers MGR and click on the arrow > Linked Services Settings > Linked Services List, in that order.
The list of linked services screen will open.
3. Configuring Notion linkage settings on Offers MGR
If the Slack integration settings have not been configured in Offers MGR,
Notion logs will be linked to the Slack channel project that has the "1.Preferences" setting
and the integration settings in Offers MGR.
Therefore, if you have not set up Slack integration in Offers MGR, you will need to do so first.

The following steps are used to set up the linkage.
3-1. Configuring acquisition logs
Click Change Settings.
- In the "Log Settings" column, you can select which logs to retrieve.
- Click the button to the right of each log to switch between settings.
3-2. Setting up Slack channels
- In the "Unlinked Divisions/Projects" column, the projects set up in Offers MGR will be displayed.
- Slack channel settings for each project set up in Offers MGR
Click on the linkage setting for the project to be set up.
The Notion settings screen will be displayed.
- Currently retained data period: The date and time of the earliest action log for each service log ~ the date and time of the latest action log will be displayed.
- Linked Workspace: The name of the linked Slack workspace will be displayed.

Linked Channel: The name of the channel set up on the Slack side will be displayed.
- Click the checkboxes to select the channels to be linked.
About Private Channel linkage Settings
- Slack private channel integration is a newly released feature on 11/4/2022.
- The configuration method differs depending on whether the Slack integration settings are configured before or after the release date.
If you have Slack linkage set up prior to 11/4/2022
In the above case, Slack's private channel will not appear in the "Linked Channels" field, so please configure Slack's settings below before configuring Notion's settings.
- Cancel the Slack linkage settings
- Configure Slack linkage settings again
- Configure this setting
For Slack linkage settings after 11/4/2022
Slack private channels are displayed in the "Linked Channels" column and can be selected.
・Private channels are indicated by a 🔒 symbol to the right of the channel name.
・The private channels that can be linked are only those in which the linking party is a member,
and cannot be linked to non-participating channels.
Differences in display of private channels depending on roles
- For accounts that do not have the SaaS linkage, delete, or update roles, the private channel name will appear masked.
