This section explains how to set up Slack linkage.
※ The settings can be made when SaaS integration, delete,
and update are set in the "Scope of Authority" of the role settings.
About Private Channel Linkage Settings
・Private channel linkage is a new feature released on 11/4/2022.
・The method of setting up private channel linkage differs depending on
whether the Slack linkage settings were configured before or after the release date.
If you set up Slack linkage before 11/4/2022
In the above case, private channels will not be displayed, so if you want to link private channels,
If you want to link your private channel, please cancel the linkage settings and then link it to Slack again.
・Remove linkage to each service

How to access the settings screen
Log in to Offers MGR and click on the arrow > Linked Services Settings > Linked Services List, in that order.
The list of linked services screen will open.
Configure Slack linkage settings
The following steps are used to set up the linkage.
1. Configure linkage settings
The first step is to set up the linkage between Offers MGR and the service.
- Open the list of linked services screen and click on "Set up Slack integration.
On the next screen that appears, click Allow.
・Please note that it may take some time to retrieve the data.
・The following image shows the approximate time it takes for the data to be reflected.
2. Configuring acquisition logs
Click Change Settings.
- In the "Log Settings" field, you can select which Slack logs you would like to retrieve.
- Click the button to the right of each log to toggle the settings.
3. Set up Slack channel alerts
- In the "Unlinked Divisions/Projects" column, the projects set up in Offers MGR will be displayed.
- Configure Slack channel and alert settings for each project set up in Offers MGR
Click on "Set up collaboration for the project you wish to set up.
The Slack configuration screen will appear.
- Data period currently held: the date and time of the earliest action log for each service log ~ the date and time of the latest action log.
- Linked workspaces: will be displayed automatically.
- In the "Linked Channels" column, the name of the channel you have set up on the Slack side will be displayed.
- You can select the channels to be linked by clicking the checkboxes.
- Configure the alert settings.
- The setting value is in the range of "1-10000".
The alerts you set can be viewed on the following screen.
About Private Channel Linkage Settings
- Private Channel Linkage is a newly released feature on 11/4/2022.
- The configuration method differs depending on whether Slack integration settings are configured before or after the release date.
If you have Slack linkage set up prior to 11/4/2022
In the above case, the private channel will not appear in the "Linked Channels" field, so please cancel the linkage settings and then set up the Slack linkage again.
・Remove linkage to each service
For Slack linkage settings after 11/4/2022
Private channels are displayed in the "Linked Channels" column and can be selected.
・Private channels are indicated by a 🔒 symbol to the right of the channel name.
・The private channels that can be linked are only those in which the linking party is a member,
and cannot be linked to non-participating channels.
Differences in display of private channels depending on roles
- For accounts that do not have the SaaS linkage, delete, or update roles, the private channel name will appear masked.
