This section explains how to set up a GitHub linkage.
※ The settings can be made when SaaS integration, delete,
and update are set in the "Scope of Authority" of the role settings.

How to access the settings screen
Log in to Offers MGR and click on the arrow > Linked Services Settings > Linked Services List, in that order.
The list of linked services screen will open.
Configure GitHub linkage settings
The following steps are used to set up the linkage.
1. Configure linkage settings
The first step is to set up the linkage between Offers MGR and the service.
- Open the list of linked services screen and click on "Set up GitHub integration.
On the next screen that appears, select the target that you want to allow installation.
For the following options, we recommend selecting All repositories.
2. Configuring acquisition logs
Click Change Settings.
- In the "Log Settings" field, you can select which GitHub logs you would like to retrieve.
- Click the button to the right of each log to toggle settings.
3. Set up GitHub repository alerts
- In the "Unlinked Divisions/Projects" column, the projects set up in Offers MGR will be displayed.
- Configure GitHub repository and alert settings for each project set up in Offers MGR.
Click to set the linkage settings for the project to be configured.
The GitHub settings screen will be displayed.
- Currently maintained data period: Displays the date and time of the earliest action log ~ date and time of the latest action log for each service log.
- Organization linked: Shows the linked Organizations.
- In the "Linked Repositories" column, the name of the repository on the GitHub side is displayed.
- Click the checkboxes to select the repositories to be linked.
- Configure the alert settings.
- The setting value is in the range of "1-10000".
The alerts you set can be viewed on the following screen.
