What is Google Workspace integration?

In addition to the email address used to create each service, Google accounts issued for employees can be linked to Offers MGR when linking various services.

Advantages of Google Workspace Integration

Linking an employee's Google account with Offers MGR provides the following benefits.

• If different email addresses are used for GitHub and Slack, etc., the Google account can be designated as the preferred email address (primary address), simplifying account merging.
• When an employee's Google account is suspended due to termination of contract, resignation, etc., the status of the account is automatically changed to "terminated" in Offers MGR as well.
• In the past, when an employee created a GitHub account with a personal address, the survey was sent to the employee's personal email address.

Information to be collected

We collect the following data about members of your Google account

• Email address
• Name
• Organization unit path
• Date of last login to Google account
• Date of creation of Google account
• Email address associated with your profile (public)

• Address tied to your incoming email address
  • Retiree's Workspace address
  • Address prior to account change
  • Address from another domain within Workspace
