This page explains how to check the detailed screen of each affiliated service.

What is the "Details" screen for each service?
Offers MGR allows you to connect to Jira, Slack, and other output services 
to properly assess team and individual performance,
Offers MGR can connect to output services such as Jira and Slack to properly assess team 
and individual capabilities.
Each linked service detail screen displays the results of the linked settings.

Data Acquisition Time for Each Linked Service

  • On the detail screen of each linked service, you can check the results of the linkage settings.
  • The upper part of the detail screen displays an alert indicating the time required for data linkage.

※ Depending on the number of linked channels set in the linkage settings, it may take some time to link data.

Opening the linked services detail screen

Click in the following order to move to the detailed screen of each affiliated service.

1. company, division, project

2. project name

3. each linked service in the menu on the left side of the screen.

4. Click the name of the linked service you wish to view in detail.

A detailed screen for each linked service will open.

The following information can be found at the top of the detail screen.

  • Project name and duration
  • List of members in charge and belonging to the project
  • Linked services
  • Settings for linked services
  • Setting of each data storage period
    • Specify the period of time to narrow down the data to be displayed.
  • Data display unit
    • You can select the unit of data to be displayed from "daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • Linked information
    • Jira: Linked projects
    • GitHub: Linked repositories
    • Slack: Linked channels
    • Figma: Aligned TEAMs
    • Notion: Aligned Channels
  • Data Period Currently Held

Checking the details of Jira's collaboration service

ANALYTICS

  • Information about the comments on tickets in the linked Jira project is displayed.
  • The average number of days for each comment is mainly used as a reference in the development direction.
Example:
Average number of days for the first comment
・If there are no comments after a ticket is created, it is assumed that there is no internal collaboration.
Average number of days since last comment
・In the case of the image, 24 days have passed since the last comment was made on the ticket.

Average number of days until a comment on a ticket is replied to
Average number of days for the first comment

Average number of days until the first comment on a ticket
Average number of days for the last comment Average number of days until the last comment on a ticket

Information about comments posted on tickets in the linked Jira project will be displayed.

Mentions and Mentions Cumulative

  • Displays a graph of the cumulative number of mentions and mentions in Jira

Accumulation of outputs

The count of each action in the service, such as Jira ticket creation, comment creation, etc. is displayed.

・If you wish to link Notion to Slack, you will need to link Notion to Slack once.
