This section explains how to set up a Figma linkage.
※ The settings can be made when SaaS integration, delete, 
and update are set in the "Scope of Authority" of the role settings.

How to access the settings screen

Log in to Offers MGR and click on the arrow > Linked Services Settings > Linked Services List, in that order.

The list of linked services screen will open.

Configure Figma linkage settings

The following steps are used to set up the linkage.

1. Configure linkage settings

The first step is to set up the linkage between Offers MGR and the service.

• Open the "Linked Services List" screen and click on "Configure Figma Linkage".

On the next screen that appears, click Allow Access.

2. Set up a linkage destination

Click Change Settings.

The Figma settings screen will appear.

Enter Figma's team ID in the field for setting the collaboration destination, and click "Configure".

※ This function is available for Figma's Professional plan and above.

How to refer to a team ID in Figma
1. refer to the URL that is displayed when the team is displayed on Figma. 
2.The information displayed in the {team_id} section of the URL is the team ID of Figma.

Figma Data Linking Specifications and Notes
・Please link to the owner or admin account that belongs to the Figma team you wish to link to Offers MGR. 
・Figma team IDs that do not belong to the initial linking account cannot be linked additionally.
・If you have already linked to a team and do not belong to the team you wish to link to, 
you will need to invite the already linked Figma account to the Figma team you wish to link to.
・If you are not able to do so, please un-affiliate from Figma 
itself and re-affiliate with a new account (already belonging to a team).

3. Configuring acquisition logs

• In the "Log Settings" column, you can select which Figma logs to retrieve.
• Click the button to the right of each log to toggle settings.

4. Setting up a Figma project

• In the "Unlinked Divisions/Projects" column, the projects set up in Offers MGR will be displayed.
• For each project set up in Offers MGR, configure the project settings in Figma.

Click to set the linkage of the project to be configured.

The Figma settings screen will be displayed.

• Currently maintained data period: The date and time of the earliest action log ~ date and time of the latest action log for each service log will be displayed.
• Associated Figma Teams: These will be displayed automatically.
• In the "Linked Projects" column, the name of the project on the Figma side is displayed.
  • By clicking on the checkboxes, you can select the projects to be linked.
